Poor quality products, the smells are nice but barely last. Incredibly expensive. Would not recommend at all.

This company is a terrible company. They bully the people that sell their products and threaten to sue anyone who tries to sell the crappy products they buy. I purchased several warmers ad decided to get rid of them and use another better quality brand and as a result I am threatened with lawsuits by Nancy McLinn. This company is located in Meridian, ID and they act like and treat people like they are from California not Idaho. The products are substandard and generally get to hot to use around kids and are unsafe. There warmers are not safe around KIDS or Pets.

Paid 12 pound for my order then they say iv gotta pay 60 pound as what I have paid is only a deposit but they gave me a email saying my order will be sent out in 10 working days so what is it as the email dont state a deposit scammers

Discusting I played 12 pound for my order then they said I gotta give them 60 pound as my money I payed was only a deposit but when I made the order they sent me a email saying my order will be with me within 10 working days now they are saying I am not getting a refund

I have ordered from Scentsy for years. My warmer has lasted well over 6 years with one bulb. The wax melts are always good quality. I don't love every scent that I buy, but I have never had to deal with customer service. Their site says that wax melts can be returned for exchange if not used. I typically always use the melts before deciding I don't love the smell. I wish there was a place on their website to read scent reviews before buying. Also wish they offered free shipping with minimum purchases.

This is an MLM! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
I wish MLM reps were banned from appearing at craft fairs. Shilling MLMs is not a craft!

I have been buying sentsy wax melts for a about 6 months now and they dont cause me any breathing issues unlike most melts there scent also lasts much longer than most and there is so much veriety i have loved every one that i have tried and i have tried about 30 they are a bit pricey but just like most things if you buy in bulk it works out cheaper i love sentsy and would highly recconend !

I like scentsy I like the scents and warmers, but as soon as you like something they discontinue everything you like. One of my neices broke my artichoke warmer I just got, and of course discontinued, and I can't buy it again, I fell in love with mulberry discontinued.

Not a good company absolutely disgusted by their awful customer services or lack of them. Over priced products which are tested apparently on what as the product which was a lot of money smashed into smithereens and no help or assistance especially after all the money spent. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone again and I have reported them to Trading Standards not good

1) Don't bring personal belongings to this place if you plan to work there. Stuff get stolen all the time and they will just tell you "we couldn't find" but in reality. Their cameras aren't even functioning 90% of the time or its direct in areas where you can't even see anything.
2) Your boss can do whatever they want to you. Mine constantly verbally talked down to me and in front of fellow co-workers yet nothing has ever happened to him even with HR's involvement. They call these folks C-Level's.
3) Teamwork? Good luck with that. Micromanagement is the real name for Scentsy. They have the lowest pay grade in manufacturing and customer service in all of Idaho. Yet they expect you to go up and beyond.
4) Safety? Good luck. During COVID-19 employees there were dropping like flies. People request more safety options but are denied.
5) Happy and great place to work? Since my time there I've seen over 600+ people go in and out. Your better off working somewhere else where your words are heard.

Been waiting nearly a month for a refund when my item got delivered to a shop that I could not get too, without any efforts of delivery being made to the address I paid 6.50 for!!!!!!! Appauling. The item got automatically returned. I emailed and emailed. Eventually got a response stating I would have the money refunded. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! DESPITE SENDING MORE EMAILS!!!

Their scents are great, not too strong and fill up a room nicely. Love that there is no smoke. I must have the best Host, Jessica DuPont as I have never had any issues, she is the best!
